Sacred Practice Never Seen Before
Purify your Qi and cleanse your soul by expressing
gratitude, love and praise. Elevate your spirit
with Qi Gong energy and connect
to your sacred dimensions
We've created a workout that combines Tai Chi and Qigong stretching and strengthening with meditation, blessing and expressing gratitude. Through our practice of Kabbalah concepts and Tai Chi we promote harmony through a spiritual Jewish interconnection to the Almighty.
According to Kabbalah, the soul of each person is made up of Divine energy channels.
When the energy is flowing harmoniously in these channels and centres, it leads to physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual wellbeing.
Gad Levy, and Dr. Orna Triguboff, will help you explore a new path to your soul, through
Kabbalah tai-chi.
By immersing ourselves in the Matrix of Qi, we tap into the primordial world of Wu Ji, linked
to realms of infinity and the grand ultimate, or Tai ji.
The synthesis of Psalms chanting and Qigong practice is one of the most effective ways to purify your Qi and cleanse your soul . Chanting prayers and Healing movement, is a concept that works by using your voice to awaken a higher level of concentration, focus and intention.
By projecting your voice with words of love and awe to the Almighty, you elevate your spirit. Integrating it by circulating energy patterns, you refine your Qi flow, wash away impurities and connect to the sacred dimension of your Soul.
The higher the concentration level and the smoother the Qi flow, the closer the Unity of your Sacred dimension with the Source of Life.Do Tai Chi and Jewish meditation and prayers have spiritual benefits? Gad Levy, a Chi Gong and Tai Chi Teacher- Master, together with Dr. Orna Triguboff, a spiritual guide and Kabalah PhD, will help you explore a new and magical path to your soul, through ancient and modern approaches to mind/body well-being.
What are the benefits of Tai Chi and Chi Gong ? Studies show that tai chi movements can improve balance, flexibility, circulation, stamina, and relaxation. Potentially it can reduce high blood pressure and assist with management of Osteo-arthritis. It can help cope with problems such as pain, stress, depression, & addiction.
By isolating movements from tai chi and Chi Gong, we created a workout that combines stretching and strengthening with meditation, blessing and gratitude. We embody the prayer for physical and spiritual wellbeing. 40 The Hebrew prayer entitled: Nishmat kol chai, translated as, “The Soul of every living thing shall praise God’s Name”, is one of the most inspiring prayers of the Sabbath and festival services. It is mainly a collection of biblical verses especially from the psalms....
As we recite some key phrases from this prayer, we will move slowly with energy patterns from the Internal energy arts of Chi Gong and Tai Chi.
Through this unique form of Spiritual practice, you can balance your energy, become more grounded, tap into levels of your innate abilities and achieve a great sense of purpose and connection with the divine.
We find it to be a powerful spiritual practice and we’d love to share it with you. A moving meditation, while focusing our intention on prayer and sacred text is one of the most effective ways to achieve a sense of fulfillment.
The Nishmat kol chai prayer, contains a direct calling to use our soul, body limbs, internal organs and imagination all together in harmony, as a declaration of praise and thanksgiving to the Source of all Being. Please join us and bring your joy and enthusiasm to the practice, as we embody chants and prayers from Psalms, synthesized with Tai Chi and Qi Gong Movements.
Psalms Qi Gong
The sages have suggested that the verse that ends the book of Psalms, "Let all the Soul praise God , Halleluiah" should imply to we shall praise God with each and every breath that we are previlaged to take. That degree of grattitude enables us to appreciate the Divine gift and let it permeate and ascend our Soul.
In biblical times they interweaved the Psalms into their life, in moments of joy or crisis so can we chant joyously and engage our body and soul. For centuries, the Psalms have been influencing and reflecting the lives of people around the world, across many nations and religions. People in need for healing and in strife, or in triumph and success, referred to the Psalms as a book that made their emotions flow, with song and with weeping. In this practice we would like to amalgamate the mindful movements of Qi Gong with some beautiful Psalms, and allow everyone to express joy and grief, cry from the heart or sing with happiness, giving thanks and praise to your Creator. |
