What is Tai Chi Gong ?

Tai Chi Gong is a Body Mind program, based on ancient principles of the Tai Chi and the healing methods of Qi Gong. During the practice, both teacher and students are moving and cultivating Qi, the inner life force energy, in order to improve the body’s health and resilience, strengthening the immune system, while relaxing the mind and connecting it with one’s soul. The practice includes breath control, visualisation of inner-landscape, imagery of nature and moving meditation. Once you enter the “Qi Flow” zone, you optimise your blood circulation, and energy flow to internal organs. The balance, focus and concentration are sharpened, and you accumulate both physical and mental power, resulting in a healthier you.

 
Foundation for Tai Chi Gong Instructor Course:
 
Deepen and strengthen your personal practice and understanding with three weekend seminars that offer an experiential study of the fundamental concepts of Tai Chi and Chi Gong.
 
This course is designed for anyone with an real interest in Tai Chi Gong, for existing practitioners who want to deepen their practice and anyone wishing to experience it for the first time.

Tai Chi Gong Instructor Certificate Levels I & 2

 

Become a Tai Chi Gong instructor, teach and grow, develop classes, seminars and retreats.

 

You will also be able to offer weekly classes privately, in the Wellness centre or in other fitness clubs, Community and Recreation Centres and expand your knowledge about the profound benefits of Qi Flow, so you can help your students achieve Health, Energy and Graceful Anti-Aging program.

 

The lessons will cover the following:

·         Tai Chi Gong 27 energy patterns of Life in Motion.

·         Tai Chi Gong Teaching skills, including corrections for each movement

·         Illustrated common problems.

·         Class planning and management.

·         Theory and key principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

·         Moving meditation.

·         Standing Meditation.

·         Breathing Techniques

About your Instructor

Gad Levy-Golan (Gadi) is a world-renowned authority in the field of mind-body empowerment through Tai Chi Gong, a self-developed system, based on Tai Chi and Qi Gong. He is the Director of Qi Strategy, a Corporate Wellness firm based in Sydney, Australia, and the founder of Life in Motion Publishing and Center for Wellbeing.

Gad was also the host of the popular weekly Wellness TV program of Morning and Evening Tai Chi Gong for the Lifestyle Channel.

Gad is passionate about educating others in the field of human empowerment. He advocates Qi energy strategic planning and kinesthetic learning, as a method for achieving results, superior productivity, self - fulfillment, health and longevity.

His programs of mind-body health and wellbeing integrate ancient philosophy with contemporary concepts of positive psychology.

Gad is the author of various DVD training programs and “the Key to Qi” book. His DVD of 27 Tai Chi Gong energy Patterns was chosen as a giveaway with the Good Health and Medicine magazine, and was distributed throughout Australia in more than 50,000 copies.

Before establishing the Life in Motion Wellness Center, he served in various corporate positions, such a CEO of an Optus Channel partner, and a Managing Director of Action Media. He received his Masters degree from New School University in New York. He is an accredited coach of internal energy arts by the Australian Sports Commission, (Via AKWF) and the Wingate institute, Israel's National Centre for Physical Education and Sport.
