According to Harvard Medical School Journal, There is new scientific evidence that states positive emotions can help extend your life-span and health. In order to produce good health with positive emotions, you will need to bring your own Courage, Determination, Commitment and Passion to your training sessions. In other words, thinking positive thoughts for a month won't help you lose weight or cure a heart disease, but training your body and mind, and creating the connection between them, will certainly lower your stress levels right away. Practicing Tai Chi, YOGA, Chi Gong, Plates or any other low impact and moderate training program, over a period of years with a positive outlook and relaxation techniques, could help you lose weight, feel good about yourself or even reduce your risk of heart problems, in the long term.
