Power stretching exercises and mindful movements can help us develop internal energy and physical strength, as we focus on moving energy to different parts of our body , resulting in general feeling of wellbeing. This practice has 4 stages:
1. Workout on the muscular level, stretches and relaxes the different muscle groups, promoting blood circulation and renewal of cells, rejuvenates and refreshes.
2. The next level is working with our bones. We are using our bones and skeletal structure to open up the joints, tendons and ligaments. That lubricates our joints, adding flexibility and a wider range of movements.
3. The third level, is working at the chi energy. On that level the body moves in a nice flow and everything opens and close automatically, in harmony with the breathing. We are gathering, circulating, directing and transmitting Chi. Fairly easy, but pretty amazing.
4. The highest level is the spiritual realm as we use our mind and will power only to move our energy or chi. The Chi opens up the joints and all our movements are done effortlessly. We achieve greater control on our mindful movements, enlarge our perception of centering and balancing, awareness to Yin and Yang, and experience Oneness of mind, body spirit and the universe.
